CoRoster was built for the purpose of "Humanising Rosters". That means we do everything we can to make workforce planning about people first. We make it easy to use and build fair rosters for staff and employers.

CoRoster works best when staff add in their preferences. This lets us know when you are available or, prefer not to work and we will accommodate preferences wherever we can

Employers select how many people are required for each shift, and add in rules such as fatigue planning to help understand when staff can be allocated.

CoRoster then uses the combination of preferences and business requirements to build a roster that everyone can agree on.
